What we collect. If you use our contact form, we receive the details you type in — your name, phone number, email address and message — so we can call or write you back about your repair. That’s the only reason we collect it.

What we don’t do. We don’t sell, rent or share your contact information with anyone for marketing. We don’t send newsletters. We contact you about your device, and that’s it.

Your device & data. Repairs sometimes require us to power on and test your device. We treat what’s on it as none of our business: we access only what’s needed for the repair — or for a data-recovery job you’ve asked us to do — and we recommend you back up and, where possible, sign out of sensitive accounts before drop-off.

Analytics. This site uses privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count visits. It does not track you across other sites.
